I was born in Preston, Lancashire in 1983 and I have been fascinated by wildlife and the natural world from an early age. Inspired and encouraged by my father, I started drawing professionally in 2003. I graduated from Newcastle University with a Zoology degree in 2004 and in 2006 gained a Masters degree in Biodiveristy and Conservation at Leeds University. My passion for wildlife has taken me to California to work with exotic cats, Kenya and South Africa. The photographs I take are used to produce my drawings and paintings and I hope to continue travelling and working with wildlife in the future.
Through my work I am also able to work with conservation groups I support and help raise much needed funds. Please take a monent to visit my links page and view the conservation links. Many thanks for your support.
